Nurit 2085 is an
incorporation of the popular Nurit 2080 POS terminal and the incredibly fast Nurit 505
thermal printer (12 lines per sec.). While only 1 inch taller and 3 inches
longer then it's predecessor, the Nurit 2085 is bound to become an industry
favorite.
The NURIT 2085 is an advanced and truly compact point-of-sale (POS) terminal with a
built-in fast printer supporting credit, debit, check, electronic benefits transfer (EBT),
phone cards and other electronically submitted transactions including those made by the
use of Smart Chip Cards. The NURIT 2085 is exceptionally user friendly and very fast due
to its high-speed built-in thermal printer that eliminates the need for costly ribbon
replacement , thus substantially reducing mechanical malfunction and increasing
transaction speed. The NURIT's large, high contrast alphanumeric LCD display and
menu-driven software, together with four programmable function keys, allow the user to
access every feature of the terminal easily and quickly. |

Because it uses an impact printer, the TRANZ 460 gives you the
option of using carbonless paper with a ribbon for darker first copies or impact sensitive
paper to eliminate the expense of periodic ribbon replacement. It also prevents jamming
through simplified paper-path guides. |

The TRANZ 460 system's 2400 baud modem results in faster batch
uploads by speeding communication with the host computer. It also decreases download time

track card reading
Available with a two track card reader, the TRANZ 460 can read both
debit and credit cards. This feature also allows you to pull the name of the cardholder
from track one and use it to personalize a receipt. |
